For the past couple months, I’ve been drawing lots of bootleg Homer Simpsons.
I wasn’t allowed to watch The Simpsons growing up. So naturally, I’ve always loved them.
Homer is one of the most recognizable cartoon characters of all time, and that makes it a safe place to learn. No matter how poorly I draw him, it still kinda looks like Homer Simpson. And kinda-looks-like is all I’ve ever wanted out of drawing.
